• Bespoke bath and vanity panels
• Bespoke fireplace surrounds with rear lighting strips
• Bespoke Hakwood timber panels to the ceilings of walk-in wardrobes
• The fit out of the Private Concierge lobby on the ground floor, to include:
  • Bespoke Hakwood timber panels to the lobby ceilings
  • 6m high partitioned walls with recessed lighting strips and bulkheads
  • The design, supply and fit of a bespoke concierge desk and leather backed benches
  • Hakwood timber to the floor
